Refreshment training on work etiquette was organized on the occasion of annual staff assembly meeting
Gemshu Beyene Construction (GEBECON) PLC has colorfully held its annual assembly of staff members meeting on September 06, 2019 at Elilly International Hotel in the presence of invited guests and company business partners.
On the occasion, a report on company annual performance was presented by the top management team members. A discussion was held on the major achievements, challenges and problems facing the company including briefings on 2011 E.C fiscal year plan and the expectation set out by the top management.
The event was concluded by handing out awards in the form of certificate and bonus to best performing employees. A certificate of recognition was also given to Project Managers . A special award went to the late staff member, Ato Gutama Gemechu, Grader Operator. Moreover, a trophy award was also presented to Dima-Fiyel Wuha Asphalt Road Project for completing the project head of the contract period, and Mehal Meda Alem-Ketema Asphalt Road Project for adherence to and successful implementation of ISO 9001:2008.
On the occasion, refreshment training on work etiquette or discipline was organized and conducted in order to further develop staff commitment and raise their awareness in the subject area. The training was facilitated by W/o Mulu Solomon of RIGHT VISION INT.PLC.
