The top management of GEBECON held its annual project performance review meeting on August 30, 2020
The top management of GEBECON PLC has held its annual project performance review meeting on August 30, 2020 at Ellily International Hotel. The meeting begun with the opening remark made by the General Manager, Mr. Gemshu Beyene. The General Manager stressed the significance of the meeting, which helps to review and evaluate the annual plan performance of the company in order to provide opportunities for further improvement and uphold accountability and compliance at all levels.
Following the opening remark, the meeting focused on the review and evaluation of the company’s projects performance for the 2019/20 fiscal year. During the review meeting, the respective project managers have presented a detailed fiscal year performance report including the accomplishments made, key challenges and problem areas, which require the utmost attention of the top management. After thorough discussion on the contents of the report, directions were given by top management on major issues of concern, which needs to be addressed by both the respective projects and the H.O organs.
